As an AI Trainer, you will evaluate and improve the quality of model responses across writing, reasoning, and coding tasks. Your feedback directly shapes how reliable our clients’ AI systems become in production.
What you’ll do
Write, rank, and critique model responses against detailed quality rubrics.
Create prompts and debug scenarios that stress-test model behavior.
Annotate reasoning errors and factuality issues with clear written explanations.
Work with QA leads to keep guidelines consistent across projects.
What we’re looking for
Strong written English and a sharp eye for nuance and tone.
Experience in AI evaluation, editing, tutoring, teaching, or QA is a plus.
Ability to follow complex annotation guidelines precisely and consistently.
Comfortable working independently as a remote contractor.
