As a Sales Representative at Notch, you will introduce our automation and AI services to businesses that need them. You own the full cycle from first outreach to signed deal, working closely with the solutions team to scope what each client needs.
What you’ll do
Prospect, qualify, demo, propose, and close new business across our service lines.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach and fast inbound follow-up.
Run discovery calls to understand each client’s workflows, tools, and automation goals.
Prepare proposals and pricing together with the solutions team.
Report pipeline health and forecast in weekly sales reviews.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services.
Clear, confident communication on calls and in writing.
Discipline to keep the CRM up to date and follow a defined process.
Self-motivation to hit targets in a remote, async-first team.
